Import a spreadsheet file with one row per question, or enter the paper in the builder. The builder takes about thirty seconds a question in practice.

Use multiple-choice, number or written-answer questions. Passages and poems attach to questions, and pictures are added on screen.

Sealing fixes the reviewed exam so each student receives the same paper. Before sealing, review shows the student’s question with its answer key beside it.

Export the sealed exam as a file. That file is how you pass the reviewed paper to another teacher.

Create a class and choose the names to add to its roster. Grade and year are optional.

Choose a duration for each student from their own start, or an end time for the room. Time can be extended for one student or everyone, never shortened, and every extension is logged.

Show the wall screen with the address, class code and QR code. Students on the same network open the address or scan the code, enter the class code and tap their name.

Follow who has joined, their progress and who is paused. You can pause, resume or end a sitting for one student or for the room.

The second device asks the student to speak to the teacher when the first is already testing. The teacher decides whether to move the sitting.

The board flags every time the exam page is hidden, unfocused or leaves full screen. Results retain the count, total time and longest departure for the teacher to read.

On Start a test, choose free movement to give students a question list and let them change answers until they hand in. Choose forward only to make each answer final as they go.

Choose a different order for each student on the start form. Passage blocks stay together and results keep the paper’s numbering. The board maps their question to your question and may trail a change by up to one second.
